In resent years, our family firm owners are nearly fifty years old, family firms are entering into climax of succession between generations, it's become a very important economic phenomenon in current. How to choose a right successor and how to appraise alternative successors have already been a difficult problem that we must faced to. This paper mainly analysis family business from the angle of the power succession between generations, putting forward the urgent problem of the family firm succession, consulting lots of domestic and international articles concerned family firm, contrasting domestic and international family firm succession between generation's results, analyzing the exterior and interior factor of the family firm succession between generation, and based on it, we establish a concerned model, getting a succession mode which we should first select the inner members in the family, and competent with external professional managers and company inner managers in current in China. this paper also established the mode which use analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy synthesis evaluation to provide a scientific way for personnel evaluation. |
