With high growth of Chinese economy and the deepening of western development, rely on the abundant tourist resources, The regional aviation market of the western China has entered fast growth stage, But the lagging of national relevant policies, the unreasonable arrangement of the regional airport and the high operation cost of airlines is still limiting the rapid development of western regional aviation. And with the civil aviation market reform, the competition of western regional aviation will be fiercer. Under this situation, how should SC Airlines consolidate and increase one's own share in the western regional aviation market, how to obtain more development, and how to serve for local economy development bettering, this paper apply the SWOT method to analyze the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threatens of SC Airlines in the western China regional aviation market, put forward the opinion in marketing strategy of SC Airlines in such market.
