The primary aim of this study is to determine the optimum strategies of China honey in world markets with methods of empirical model and theoretical model and cases, based on the division of export markets and the analysis of the construction and the competition in the main. The results suggest that the competitiveness of China honey export declined evidently in the period of 2000-2003, most in EU and less in U.S. and Japanese, and it derives from the advantages of cost and market share. The best competition policy of Chinese honey exported to Japan shall be a painstaking maintenance of its own market share, and an obtainment of comparatively high profit and profit margin through the enhancement of product quality and safety. In U.S. market, it can not be keeping away from the anti-dumping to law, the enterprises of China honey export must appeal to it, the strategy is to take steps to prevent the anti-dumping and to make sure the best results of the lawsuits. In EU market, the primary issue is the entrance barrier, it just only improve the product quality and safety that China honey can be back to EU market earlier...
