In knowledge economy, talents as the most important resource have been paid great attention by enterprises all over the world. The quality and the quantity of the talents' team not only reflect the knowledge resources but also decide the learning ability of enterprises. The competition between states is developing to the competition of the talent's team. The talents have been the core of the national synthesized competitiveness, which is the endless motive force of the national long-term development. With the development of economy, the international competition of talents' team will be more fiercely.During recent years, the private economy is becoming the important power to promote the social productivity, the place to admit employment and is being more and more important for economic development. But in some place, people pay little attention to the talent's team, so the private enterprises can't attract and reserve the talent's team. The serious unbalance of the private enterprises talents' structure had greatly limited the further development of the private economy. So the research on the private talents' building of enterprises is meaningful.The improvement on the talents' structure is actually an issue of how to distribute the human resources of private enterprises. Based on the literatures and theories related to the salary, motivation and human resource, according to the survey and investigation of private enterprises in the Hedong district Linyi city, Shangdong province, this paper will analyze from the out-of-balance structure of the private economy talent's team, discuss the problem and difficulties of talents team, and then will offer useful suggestion for the further optimization to talents' structure of the private enterprises.This thesis is divided into four chapters, Adopting the principle from general to special, it briefly introduces the state of talents' structure in the private enterprises. Then it deeply points out the cruxes and reasons of talents' problems based on the present condition of private economy's talents team of hedong district. At last it puts forward some suggestions about how to optimize talents' structure of the private enterprises.
