The Research On Strategy Of Finance Holding In PingAn Insurance Corporation

In the recent 20 years, especially in the recent decade, High speed development takes place on Chinese insurance industry and this development becomes more and more significant as Chinese insurance industry is open completely. PAIC(PingAn Insurance Company) as the outstanding insurance corporation of China, becomes the first one who would like to have a try. As the first finance holding corporation of the national insurance industry, its foundation , progress and future holding strategy are to be much concerned. PAIC does the pioneer research and gropes for the future development of Chinese insurance market, and its success or failure, gain or loss will be the good experience to the following companies. Prior to PAIC, two domestic finance holding companies has taken bank business as the background to become, they are GuangDa and ZhongXin. Also there are bank holding companies abroad which are HuaQi and HuiFeng. What on earth are the difference and relationship between finance holding of insurance industry and bank business? So, it is instructive to do research on the strategy of holding in PAIC, the first insurance holding company in China. This paper analyzes the formation method of finance holding, organization, management, the merger between insurance and bank business, the efficiency of collective holding and the problems being brought by merging in PAIC, and studies the future holding strategy in the existing Ping An collective, concludes the profound influence on PAIC brought by finance holding and the aspects to be noticed and improved for PAIC to become the global first-rate financial corporation. According to the example of PAIC, we analyze the effects of domestic insurance finance holding on domestic financial industry, and have the idea of realizing finance holding. This paper is divided into five parts. Firstly, it explains the purpose and significance of the research and the corresponding international research general situation. Secondly, it introduces the condition that related domestic and international finance holding company.
