Governance Of The State-owned Holding Company In Heilongjiang Province

In June, 2003 , our province started a new round state-owned enterprise reform. Now the state-holding company is one kind of important organization forms of our province state-owned enterprise, playing the vital role in the economic development. The article takes the Corporate Governance of state-holding companies in Heilongjiang province as the breakthrough point, investigating and studying on the spot, collecting the massive materials. By studying the relative theories of corporate governance and the foreign relative successful corporate governance model and combining the questions which in the Heilongjiang Province state-holding company's corporate governance exists, I proposed the specific measures that can improve the state-holding company's corporate governance. We must try our best to secure a sustained, high-speed and sound development of the state-holding company's corporate governance of our province. To the Corporate Governance, we must improve the company's ownership structure, the implementation of the board of directions as the central governance , strengthen board of supervisor's surveillance dynamics, and reform the hiring system of managers and improve the manager's incentive and restraint mechanisms.
