| The supply management is a very important part in enterprise running. The 50%-70% sale cost is the supply and service expenses, and the percentage will get higher in the case of the commissioning for the non-core business from the enterprise. At the same time, supply managements refers to the department such as production, equipment, storage, service, quality examination, and so on. Integrating the relationship among the related manage departments and adapting the scientific supply management will play an important role for the effective enterprise running. On the background of purchasing management of Yituo Corporation in china and guided by the theory of contemporary logistics management and the successful experience of oversea and domestic corporations, this paper analyzed the predominant problem in purchasing management of Yituo Corporation, then propose to resolve these problems by some specific and feasible suggestions and measures through implement strategy of purchasing integration. The major work of this paper including: On the basis of analyzing the major problems of Yituo Corporation`s purchasing management, the Author put forward the guidelines of integration the purchasing process ,furthermore giving some suggestion on restructuring the purchasing management. Putting forward some suggestions on process of supplier selecting, supplier evaluating system and dynamic mechanism of supplier management; and then on the base of analyzing of the classification and characteristics of purchasing technology and operating of purchasing technology integrating, the author also find a effective way to reducing the cost, and then put forward some suggestions on how to exploit the source of supplier of Yituo Corporation . The reform guideline and method this study have put forward would have important guiding implication and consulting value to improve purchasing management of Yituo Corporation. and it also have important consulting value to most of the state-owned corporations. |
