Study On The Supply-Chain-Logistics Management Model For Paper Packaging Printing Enterprises

With the continuous advance of science, and the development of economy, the globalization of information network and competing markets appeared . Now, the lifespan of the product becomes shorter and shorter because of the advanced technology and diversified requirements. Then, how to shorten the period of the delivery, how to enhance the quality of the goods, how to cut down the costs, and how to improve the service level, these are the main pressure the enterprises have to face. All these acquired the enterprises to make a quick response to the changing markets, and develop the just products in a steady stream, which can meet the people's demands to win this competition and expand markets.The appearance of supply-chain-logistics management just cater for these request. To achieve quick markets response, low system costs, high products quality and improved customer service, control and collaboration with other supply chain enterprises is the main conduct of supply-chain-logistics management, then the whole supply chain and the corresponding enterprises' core competency will be improved.This paper mainly studied about the paper packaging printing enterprises' logistics management, between the upper and lower enterprises, under the supply chain. The study attached importance on the supply chain management of enterprises' purchasing and distributing logistics, and the construction of it's platform; then discussed about how to build the corresponding performance appraisal system, from the perspective of inside and outside logistics; finally, analyzed the realization of supply-chain-logistics management in our paper packaging printing enterprises.The paper applied itself to provide some use of reference for paper packaging printing enterprises about their logistics management, to promote the enterprises, in the strategy high, moving forward the successful application of the supply-chain logistics management. I believe the paper is also valuable in studying and practicing of the whole printing industry's supply-chain logistics management.
