Research On The Standardization Of The Urban Land Markets In China

Normative development of the urban land markets plays an active role on relieving the qualities and quantities of urban land, improving the using efficiency of land and promoting the rational collocation of land recourses. But because of the faultiness of the present system and the corresponding legal system about the management of urban land and real estate, there are a lot of non-standard behaviors. With the penetration of Chinese innovation and opening and the perfection of the market economy of socialism, the task of standardizing the order of urban land markets becomes much more prominent and difficult. Governments in all levels should think much of and strengthen the management of urban land markets, and should base and improve the order of the running of urban land markets.With "Researches on the Standardization of the Urban Land Markets in China" as its central theme, this paper chiefly studied the problems of non-standard running in the development of Chinese urban land markets at present. Chapter One was the introduction, briefly introducing the background of the research theme and the current research about it inside and outside, making clear the intent meaning objectives of the study, the research route and research methods; Chapter Two briefly introduced the basic conceptions and theories about the normative development of urban land market; Chapter Three describes the developing trace of Chinese urban land markets and the accomplishment up to now, providing the real basis for studying the representation of the non-standard development of land markets; Chapter four chiefly analyzed the all kinds of representations of the non-standard development of urban land markets, having an all-sided and profound analysis; Chapter five explored the countermeasures for normativedevelopment of Chinese urban land markets; Chapter six presented the conclusions of this research.
