Research On The Strategic Relationship Between Construction Of The Development Zones And City Development Of Wuhan

The Development Zones are the special areas which are carrying out open policy. There is a close relation between the Development Zones and the city. The Development Zones have accelerated many kinds of progress of city. The evolution of the Development Zones can be divided into four stages: formation, growth, maturation and post maturation. The Development Zones have injected significant energy into the economy of cities and region of China. Nowadays, new economy policy brings new opportunity and challenge to development of the Development Zones. At the same time, there are many questions existing between the construction of the Development Zones and city development, which has restricted development of the Development Zones. It is the basement of cities of our country realizes sustainable development that the Development Zones keep the integral development with city.Wuhan, an example of megalopolis, has kinds of the Development Zones. This paper is based on a comprehensive analysis the relationship between constructions of the Development Zones and city development. In the end, the paper brings out a strategy of integral development and the corresponding space developing mode and countermeasures.
