The Agricultural Development And The "Rising Of The Central Section"

Like a man' s heart and belly, the central section lies in the core of China, in which there are rich natural and agricultural resources. The central section is the important raw material and agricultural commodities export base of China, and plays an important role in the regional division of China. However, as there are the difference in the beginning and background of development, the central section has been marginalized in the process of reformation and opening outwards. At the present, the central section is confronted with the crisis of "tumbling", and has become the main contradiction of the regional coordinated development. Therefore, the rising of the central section has been become a national strategy, which is considered as the important part of regional coordinated development of China.The central section is the important agricultural region historically and the most high spot of the problem of agriculture, countryside and farmer. That is more agricultural population, slower development of rural economy and heavier farmer' s burden. The agriculture development of central section is key to deal with the problem of agriculture, countryside and farmer, and develop coordinatedly between city and country, and stick to and carry out Scientific Development Theory. It is because of the serious problem of agriculture, countryside and farmer in the central section that the rising strategy is purposed. Based on the fact, this paper attempts to find a solution to deal with the problem of agriculture, countryside and farmer so that economy of the central section can develop. The full paper divides into three part altogether.Part one (Chapter one) founds theoretical cornerstone and affords theoretical brace for the rising of the central section.Part two describes agricultural role and action in the rising of the central section. Agriculture is foundation of national economy, and plays a propelling or hindering role in the development of national economy. As a traditional agricultural area, the central agriculture plays a very important role in its economic structure. Chapter two uses pertinent economic data to analyze important role and action of the centralagriculture, and explains importance of the central agricultural development.Part three describes strategy of the central agricultural development The central agriculture has its inherent advantages, and includes a series of problem as well. Therefore, we should make the most of its advantages and overcome its deficiency so as to accelerate agricultural development of the central section and propel the rising of the central section. After Chapter three analyzes the status quo of the central agriculture, strategic emphases and countenneasures for agriculture development have put forward in Chapter four.
