Research On The Post-Project Review Learning Model Of Engineering Construction Enterprises

Post-project review learning is organizational learning through post-project review, and is a learning and improving process based on the post-project review. The meaning of post-project review is that through inspecting the practices in the project, confirm whether the planned aims have been achieved or not, whether the project is reasonable, whether the main economic targets have been achieved; through the inspecting, find out the causes which have made the project succeed or failed, sum up the experiences and put forward some advices; through the effective information feedback and learning process in time, make the experiences be organizational knowledge, which can improve the decision-making of the future projects and provide guidance for the management level, in the end achieve the capacity of project management and add project value. So, How to do the post-project review well to enhance the organizational learning effect is a problem deserving recognition.The basic framework of this article can be plotted out as: chapter one sets forth the concepts and models of organizational learning and learning organization; chapter two analyzes the characters of the engineering constructions and the development of post-project review in our country; chapter three combines the theories of organizational learning and learning organization with the characters of engineering construction, and puts forward the post-project review learning model; chapter four applies the model to appraise the case of the post-project review practice, then puts forwards some problems in using the model and the advises for the problems.
