Comparative Analysis To Macroscopical Mechanism In Venture Capital Between The United States And China

Venture capital has had a history of fifty to sixty years in the developed countries. In China the first venture capital company was established in January, 1985. With economy development, venture capital has developed quickly in China in the last more than twenty years. Both the number of venture capital companies and the sum of capital financing are multipled. However, we develop too slowly on the software environment of venture capital to meet requirement of running finance system formally. This paper first analyses and compares the venture capital macroscopical mechanism between in America and in China. Based on it, the paper then uses American advanced management and operation experience of venture capital for reference and puts forward many countermeasures to promote venture capital of our country to develop persistently healthily and fast.There are five chapters in this paper.The first chapter is basic concepts and literatures summary, which primary introduces basic concept and character about venture, points out significance of this paper, sums up the research literatures about global venture capital macroscopical mechanism.the second chapter analyses venture capital status in China, which describes from government behavior, management mode, operation mechanism, drawback of laws for venture capital, and exit mechanism, and points out their respective insufficiency.The third chapter analyses developing history and status in quo of American venture capital.The fourth chapter is keystone of this paper, which is composed of six sections. Macroscopical mechanism of venture capital of America is also divided into six parts, which are government behavior, relative laws for venture capital, macroscopical operation mechanism, organization mode , exit mechanism and pioneering culture. In this chapter, it particularly describes and analyses subject and object reason of America venture capital is advanced.The fifth chapter is about ways to promote venture capital developing in china. It puts forward five strategies to accelerate venture capital in China based on analyzing American venture capital macroscopical mechanism comprehensively and systemly. It involves promoting our government help to venture capital, consummating relatively laws system of venture capital in China, making sanity of venture capital exiting mechanism and cultivating pioneering culture of adventure and innovation.There are three innovations in this paper. First, on the content of paper, it tries to comparatively analyse macroscopical mechanism between America and Chinacomprehensively, systemly, scientifically and thoroughly for the first time. And that it takes into accout facts in America and China respectively from the beginning of macroscopical and microcosmic environment of venture capital circulating. Second, to researching ways, this paper applies some quantitative analysis instruments ,such as statistical datas, formulas and models and so on, to help analyse the qualitative theory of venture capital macroscopical mechanism and gains good effect. Third, this paper put forward two new countermeasures to promote venture capital developing of China. They are to set up some venture capital research promoting centre and Chinese central and provincial small -medium business administrations.
