The Research On List Model Of Wholly State-owned Commercial Bank

The theory and practice of economical development has proved that stock-holding system is the most important form of capital organization of modern enterprise system and most effective model of diversification property right. According to the policy orientation and the demand of modern enterprise system , stock-holding system is the best optimal way of the reform in wholly state-owned bank. At present, wholly state-owned commercial bank in China, is still wholly state-owned financial enterprise,which has the obvious vice in system . Therefore, in term of requirement of modern enterprise system, to reform wholly state-owned commercial bank into modern financial enterprise , we must carry out the diversification of property right . Through the stock reform for wholly state-owned commercial bank , we should promote the further reform by listing . In this article, through study and analysis of the model of state-owned listing, to present the listing path of wholly state-owned commercial bank, and discuss the problem of reform and listing of wholly state-owned commercial bank.
