| With the forming of economy globalization and the fast development of science and technology, more and more enterprises have noticed that it's difficult to face the fierce marketing competition if they only rely on traditional management conception, so the research on management synergy, which has changing the traditional management conception, has being the hot and the latest topic in the management field. But in the process of enterprise's real running and management, synergy isn't as perfect as scholars' and managers' imagination, the failure of synergy can be seen everywhere. In spite of the causes to it is so many, but the most important one is because of the lacking of clear recognition to the mechanism of synergy. On the base of research about management synergy theory, this paper has established management synergy mechanism model, discussed management synergy mechanism. All this is a guidance to enterprise's running and management. This paper is composed of seven parts: The first chapter expatiates on research background, and does conclusion, summary, coordination and comment about the relative domestic and abroad literatures on management synergy mechanism. Besides this, the paper also point out the research question, research meaning, research content and research method. The second chapter introduces and expatiates on the relative concept and theory about synergy, management synergy, and system mechanism, then confirms the theory basis of the management synergy mechanism The third chapter discusses the significance and specific method to establish the management synergy mechanism model and completes the model, then does specific elaboration. The management synergy mechanisms mainly contain the forming of management synergy mechanism, the implementing of management synergy mechanism, the obligation of management synergy mechanism. The logic function among them is interacting, interrelating, and performing their own functions and effecting to realize the goal and effect of management synergy. The forth chapter discusses on the forming of management synergy mechanism, and does analysis and explain about the cognition of enterprise's system goal, the analysis enterprise's running status, the enterprise's evaluating difference between real level and expect level. And do specific discussion on difference evaluating method, then import the concept of smooth to evaluate the result of difference and confirm the space of synergy. The fifth chapter does emphases research on the implementing of management synergy mechanism, specifically include the recognition of synergy opportunity, the per-evaluation of synergy elements value, the communication of information, the reconstruction and integration of elements, the choose and management of sequence parameter as well as the result feedback and so on. And do the specific research on those content. The sixth chapter does the research on the obligation of management synergy mechanism, this mechanism impenetrate through out the process of the whole management, specifically appears in two aspects: the implementing of management synergy mechanism, the obligation of management synergy mechanism, and the combination function make the management synergy go on wheels. The seventh chapter does the conclusion and points out the deficiency and the developing direction in the future. |
