Research On Ways Of Urban Infrastructure Financing In Our Country

With the rapid urbanization and the healthy economical condition, our country's urban infrastructure appears insufficient obviously, has become the one of the bottleneck for the economy development. So, we must gain more funds to solve the problem of the infrastructure shortage. But, our infrastructure construction capitals now mainly depend on the government finance investment, the bank credit, the land authorizes, and so on. The finite capitals can't adapt the huge demand for infrastructure construction.In the paper, we first expatiate the basic conditions for our urban infrastructure. While, according to the correlative theories analyzed the different ways under the different investor. And through the excellent experiences, analyzing the shortage for our urban infrastructure financing ways. Then, proposed the feasible choices under our country current conditions. This paper falls into six chapters, including:Chapter one: introduction, introduced the city infrastructure's basic concept and our country city infrastructure's development survey, proposed own research route and the method.Chapter two: the theory of urban infrastructure construction's multiplication financing. Through analyzing the city public product theory and the position product theory, expounded the feasibility and the necessity for urban infrastructure carries on the multiplex financing.Chapter three: the main financing ways about the non-sell infrastructure project. According to the non-sell projects' characteristic, analyzed this kind project's financing ways based on the government's investment. Elaborated the current condition, characteristic, and the development direction for the financing ways of the government finance, Municipal Bond, PFI, etc.Chapter four: the financing ways about the sell infrastructure project. According to the sell projects' characteristic, discussed the research and application condition about project financing ways, company financing ways etc. And analyzed the significance in our contrary.Chapter five: the financing ways about overseas city infrastructure and our country's reality choice. Through the research for the city infrastructure-financing ways on American, Japanese, French, the German, has analyzed the urban infrastructure's shortcoming and the insufficiency in our country. And proposed the city infrastructure financing feasible choice under our country visualization system and the national condition.Chapter six: conclusion. Summarize the main problem in our urban infrastructure construction and the research conclusion in this paper. Point out the deficiency in this thesis.
