Research On The Mechanism Of How Industrial Convergence Of High-Tech Industry Brings Along Economic Growth

Since 1990s ,With the fast development of hi-tech industry, the innovation of technology and the coming of information age, industrial convergence is becoming an important phenomenon in the development of industrial economics. Penetrating and converging between industries become more and more. The premise that industrial convergence happened is technical convergence, operating convergence, market convergence and the change of industrial control. The emergence of industrial convergence breaks down the industrial borderline, promotes the industrial transformation and forms the new-style industrial shape. It accelerates the upgrade of the industrial structure and becomes the power of industrial development. At the same time china assumes the double task which include adjusting the traditional industry structure , developing the strategic hi-tech industry and establishing the modern industrial foundation and system. So the convergence between hi-tech industry and traditional industry will provide strong impetus to Chinese economic development and industrial upgrade. It must be the strategic choice in the Chinese industrial structure adjustment to construct and develop the converging industry system which bases on the traditional industry and is characteristic of china..This paper, by studying on the theories of hi-tech industry convergence and its current situation, analyses how the hi-tech industry convergence brings along the development of regional economy. The formation and development of industrial convergence, mainly illustrates the meanings, theoretical development and characteristics of industrial convergence theory. Chaper2. The meanings and reason of converging development between hi-tech industry and traditional industry, illustrates the separate development between hi-tech industry and traditional industry hold back the economical development, further explains the reason of converging development between hi-tech industry and traditional industry, and sums up the inner mechanism of how industrial convergence promotes the industrial development. Chaper3. Analysis of manner and approach of converging development of China's hi-tech industry and traditional industry. This chapter is the theoretical core of the paper.
