This article is based on information disclosure of B-share market in China and the process of international harmonization of accounting standards in China, and other researchers' research literature, and provides a detailed analysis and study. This article focuses on the difference between profits after taxation of the dual annual reports, audited by native or foreign CPAs separately, of the B-share companies, as a cut-in point. The whole article will be spread out in five dimensions, including comprehensive view, inter-years comparison, inter-market comparison, intersubjective investment and inter-sector comparison discussing about the characteristics of the differences between the profit data disclosed in the native annual reports and that required by the international standards. And this article makes some descriptions and analyses to factors that effect difference and finds some important factors and sorts the factors. This research shows primarily the net profit variance between the report by CAS and by IAS hasn't been decreasing remarkably since 2001 accounting reform. The development of china's reform .Difference is relatively great to the execution result of the new accounting standards in every year Through the research of this article, we can understand the real state of the difference of report in Chinese and foreign audit under the environment of present and new system, and grasp the dynamic development of difference in system under the background of reform. The paper offers the realistic evidence accountings for the future development of international harmonization of Chinese .Through this article, we can have: a look at the true condition under the current circumstances of the differences between the reported data of profit after taxation audited by native and international CPAs, some knowledge about the dynamic development with the background of accounting reform. The paper offers the realistic evidence for the future development of international harmonization of accounting standards in China.
