The Design Of Financial Control System Based On The Corporate Life Cycle

Financial control is the center of corporate financial management; center of control is the design of financial control system. The design of financial control system should be individualized. Different enterprise should vary on financial control system, and even within one corporate, financial control system should vary based on different adopted strategies, enterprise environment, operational risk, and cash flow status, and so on financial characteristics, for different developmental stage.Corporate life cycle is the hot topic above management scholar domestic and abroad, Skip off the failure of domestic enterprise, most of them are concerned with failed financial control. So this article is trying to incorporate corporate life cycle into financial control system, and thus to construct corporate financial control system from the point of view of corporate life cycle, I hope these suggestions can offer help to our enterprises.This article is taking standardized research approach, combining theory and case analysis, with reference to related research domestic and abroad. There are 5 parts in this article. The basic thread of thought starts with defining research background, goal and research methods in Part 1. Taking a close insight into basic theories including corporate financial control and life cycle in Part 2 , and discussing different financial characteristics on different stages of corporate life cycle in Part 3. Then Part 4 further discusses and analyzes combining with cases the design of corporate financial control system on different stages of corporate life cycle. Finally, I conclude the conclusion and the limitation of this article in part 5.
