The Strategic Point Of Agricultural Protection Policy: Comparative Study On International Experience

With the stimulus of industrious revolution, industrialization has become a strategically point of structural adjustment & economic transition in most countries in the world. It has been positioned as the contradiction of agricultural policies in most countries between agricultural policy & agricultural discrimination during industrialization. This article describes the basic orientation of the adjustment of agricultural protection policies in both developed & developing countries through the analysis of the main features of protection policies in America & India. This thesis concludes that the scientific & technological achievements, promoting the agricultural development, have become the focal point of agricultural policies in the countries that mainly produce farm products in the world. Basing on the experience of international agricultural policies adjustment, the revision of the agricultural protection policy evolution in our country and considering our accession to WTO, the author comes up with the basic idea of Scientific & Technological Agriculture and believes that the essence of scientific & technological agriculture lies in the adjustment of supplying structure of elements. So the author thinks that we should accelerate the cultivation of agricultural manpower, and puts forward corresponding some policies.
