Research On Anti-Dumping Of The Textiles On World Market

China is one of the biggest countries of textile trade in the world and has great influence force on the textile and clothing trades. The one and seventh of world export quantity come from China No matter from the long term or short term of point of views, textile industry is always the predominant industry of our country. The textile trade has entered a rapidly development period after the entrance of the World Trade Organization. But we confront another challenge of the self-protective measures of other members of the WTO. In order to protect the textile industries, anti-dumping on the world market is one of the most frequently used measures by them. It has become a prominent problem to make use of the anti-dumping regulations of the WTO and to take self-guard measures for profits of our country.On the basis of international trade theory and the Anti-Dumping Agreement, the analysis methods of quantitative and demonstration were used in this research. The environment of the anti-dumping in the world market was evaluated and analyzed. The reasons of our textile products to be exposed to the anti-dumping movement and existing problems of our country in this area were also studied in this paper. The anti-dumping system in textile industry, which includes basic principles and countermeasures were also given in this thesis.
