An Analysis Of Transnational Business Risks Control Of Securities Operator Of Our Country

With the process of financial globalization, chasing profit becomes the general economic behaviour of securities operator of our country in the international capital market. Under this kind of background, it seems especially important to take measures to control transnational business risks. By the look of domestic relevant academic researches at present, the documents to discuss the securities operator controlling business risks are ralativly more than that to discuss the securities operator controlling transnational business risks. Among them case researches are relatively more than systematic researches.In order to comply with the development trend of financial globalization, to accelerate implementing the " walk out " strategy and to advance the steady transnational development of securities operator of our country, I think that it is necessary to carry on systematic research on the securities operator controlling transnational business risks. This thesis is on the basis of synthesizing the existing domestic and foreign materials, in addition, the oneself concerns, study and practical experiences in relevant fields for a long time.On the research approach ,I have combined normative research and empirical research together mainly. The thesis have carried on the preliminary discussion on the issue that securities operator of our country takes precautions against the transnational business risks and have proposed some relevant suggestions from macroscopic respect and microcosmic one.
