Tourism hotel industry in China, which developed from the beginning, with such rapid progress, has achieved very proud achievement in the past 20 years. At the same time, some famous international hotel aggregations with their various advangements have come into China and get their tremendous profit. While compared with this,many our hotels are facing serious situation in its survival and development,and well-known brand for Chinese hotel are not so many.With the fierce competetion,the Brand Management has been regarded as a key part in the study of hotel Management recently.By studying this fierce situation,this paper intends to try to help the tourism hotel industry in China develop its brand management wholly and systematically and get a long-lasting advantageous position in the future competition.By absorbing the theories of other scholors and researchers'study, combining the various advantageous conditions of our hotel industry, starting with the fierce background we are facing ,the author mainly used the graphic method,case analysis and inductive method to raise the forceful countermeasures to the Brand Management in China.Especially,the amalysis of significance of hotel brand management,the practice of three-star hotel's orientation in tourism hotel market and the coordination between the government and hotel association will have great influence and practical significance.Outstanding national brand will be forged to face the competition if we have taken all the measures mentioned above.
