The supply chain management is an increasing common way among firms and used widely in world. Many firms join in the supply chain and obtain competitive advantage. There are a lot of aspects about supply chain study. We study the cooperation risk about the partners in supply chain in this paper. There are five main risks in the cooperation risk including inconsistency of goal, agreement risk, information risk, credit crisis and advantage distribution. The five risks may be classified in two sorts and they are basic and core cooperation risk. The basic cooperation risk includes the first four sorts. Every risk keep in contact with other risk. For example, without the consistency of goal, we will not get the agreement each other. Because of the inconsistency of information, the content of contract do not make the partners satisfied Therefore, in order to make the supply chain operate, we must have trust in each other. The risk of advantage distribution is called core cooperation risk since the firms join in the supply chain aiming to obtain the long and competitive advantage. In the supply chain, the partners can not always distribute the common profit fairly, so we should have a fair regulation to distribute the common profitIn study, this paper integrates the two sorts of risks using system view. We should clear up the basic cooperation risk before removing the core cooperation risk; on the contrary, if we do not take effective measures about the basic cooperation risk, me supply chain with a perfected system of profit distribution will take disintegrate risk. The cause may be having no trust in each other. So this paper provides a useful and systematic theory and put into practice.
