The Development Trend Of Trade Friction Between China And Foreign Countries And Dispute Settlement Strategy Research

Nowadays the more increasing of Chinese import-export trade and the Chinese product's competitive capacity, the bigger market share of Chinese commodity occupying the world trade market. Especially considering the huge trade surplus between China and America as well as Europe Union, and the export oriented economic growth, these crucial Chinese trade partners pay more attention and meanwhile constrain China's international trade development, which cause the trade frictions and disputes quite often between China and other partners. The frequency of disputes and conflicts becomes more intense and the number of these cases reaches a new high level gradually. Consequently how to implement the WTO rules, and how to use the country's rights appropriately under the WTO agreements to deal with trade frictions will be the serious questions with which every government has to confront. It helps us initiatively to build a fair international trade environment. This article analyzes the international trade and its development trend by investigating the present trade frictions between China and foreign countries, and provides the corresponding settlement strategies from the point of view of government, enterprise, and chamber of commerce etc.
