Human resource is the precious wealth of the knowledge and economics era, or the critical and strategic factors of the enterprise subsistence and growth. It is crucial to increase profit and competition of an industry. So HRM is the decisive management in the business management. The compensation management is its core function. That attracting, reserving and inspiring the excellent employees, on how to design a science, reasonable and effective compensation system, preserve and promote the core competition is becoming to the highlight in the modern business.The aim company of this thesis is the HX, which is a hi-tech private enterprise, taking up R&D and service for the hardware and software of e-reading apparatus in the power industry. The HRM is coming to the bottleneck factor in its fast development. The employees feel unfair, disappear, quit their jobs, then the HX production descend rapidly. The thesis is taken shape in the investigating and studying its trouble. This paper is based on the reestablishing of the HRM system of HX. As one of the main members of the project, the author takes in charge of the redesign of the compensation system on the base of the related theories and the fact existing in the company.This thesis has four parts excusive of the preface and the tag. The first part is the summary of the related theories, which is the academic support of the redesign. The second part is the analysis of the problem existing in the HX compensation system, which is the fact support of the redesign. In the third part, the author gives the new design for the compensation system on the basis of the related theories and the facts.The redesign can adapt to the development of the company. At last, the author gives the conclusion of the new design, which concludes the merits and the disadvantage as well.In the redesign, the author put the fair and resonable in the important place. All the designs, no matter the pick-up of the index or the application of the compensation system, stick to the strategy of the HX. Meanwhile, the flow chart and tables have been adopted in the process of the index picked up, which can help the process of the index picked up more logically and scientifically.
