Compensation system is one of the most important managements of HR in enterprises, and the design of compensation can affect the operating and developing of enterprise. Good compensation system can build up the reliable and attributive feeling of employees, which is the important means to attracting talents, motivating talents and keeping talents.This dissertation takes BYO Corporation as the research case. Firstly, this dissertation first elaborates the classical and the modern salary theory and the drive theory, analysis the overseas main salary control system development at present and the model significance for company. It lays a foundation for designing salary system of BYO Company. Secondly, by the investigation of staff salary degree of satisfaction, it analyses the BYO Corporation salary under present situation. The question is pointed out that the payment strategy does not match with corporate strategy in the present salary system; the basic wage does not combine the individual performance; the salary assignment way is single and the long-term drive is insufficient and so on;Thirdly, it confirms the design flow and design principles of payment system. It formulates company's salary strategy according to the company's operating strategy and the growth and development stage. Then it makes the post appraisal by utilizing the AHP- fuzzy synthesis appraisal model in the post analysis foundation. It designs the suitable salary plan for different personnel of BYO company;Finally,it compares the old salary system to the new salary system of BYO Corporation,discussing the measures implementation of BYO Company's payment system.This dissertation combines theory and practice, the research conclusion has some help to BYO Company, for it has practical value of enterprise payment management and it can be used for reference by similar enterprises.
