Golmud Petroleumrefinery Quality Management Strategies

With the aggravation of the competition among the enterprises and quickening pace of internationalization of enterprises' market, quality has already become the key point of the development of enterprise more and more, it is still the key to participate in the competition and even surviving. To assure the quality of the products and services, enterprises must establish the consummate system of quality assurance and durative quality improvement system, to form the unique quality cuGolmud petroleum refinery is a large-scale enterprise that produces fuel and chemical products by natural gas as the raw material. From the early age of the foundation of the enterprise, the course assurance of quality was paid more attention. It also established the system of ISO9000 in 1998 and 2000 and the HSE (health, safety, environment) system. Golmud petroleum refinery then formed their own unique QHSE management system, which merged the two sets of system together based on their won reality. This new system is suitable for their enterprises' business administration. The quality of the enterprise's products meets the requirements of customers and society very well by the constant improving of quality during the course assurance of quality. This thesis described the analysis of the reality of quality of products and the formation of quality system of Golmud petroleum refinery using the theory of quality management, and put forward several advices and method on improvement of management system and durative improvement of the formation methods of products' quality.This thesis introduces the national standard and European standard of petroleum product, and the trend of improvement in the future, ISO9000 quality management system and relevant knowledge. It emphatically introduces the situation of formation, operation and innovation of the quality management system of Golmud petroleum refinery and the health, safety, environment manag ement system, and the situation of improvement of quality of the Golmud petroleum refinery.
