Shaanxi Construction enginneering group corporation (SCEGC) is a large-scale state-run building enterprise, which has a history of 50 years.In recent years, SCEGC has obtained the gratifying achievement in building market, both at home and abroad. At present, The Corp.share only 10% account in building market of Shaanxi province, lag far behind compare with its rival in market expand and product quality, and have heavy disparity too compared with heavy construction group in domestic and international.
