This article analyzed on dividing of rationality and contradiction that management theories contain from the philosophical angle, then got the new management theories enlightenment. The first part of this article defined the specific meaning of the management rationality on the foundation of combing rationality concept first, and then analyzed separation what was caused by contradiction included in rationality concept. The entity organization of management system includes management subject, management object and management organization. The human nature foundation of the management rationality is a "reasonable person" assumption, the second part of this article discussed the straits that the management subject of "rationality" are facing through the indivisibility of rationality and unreasonableness. The third part of this article discussed rationality straits of organization. At fist, this article discussed the modern organization based on rationality is a systematic, lawful programmatic and professional organization, Which dissolved unreasonable and unscientific factors in management. But this kind of organization principle also exists imperfections that are difficult to overcome, because it ignores person's subject use in management, and it runs in opposite directions to person's complete development.
