Preliminary Study Of Risk Management Of Architecture Enterprises

Through reformation more than 20 years, China has established basic framework of socialistic market economy system. But, due to special footing of architecture enterprises in the market, some of them have still not got rid of traditional planned-economy thoughts, without risk consciousness, risk management system and strong capability of settling risks. Since China became one member of WTO, Chinese architecture enterprises shall face tough competition from foreign enterprises, and potential risks to these enterprises shall be further increased.Based on characteristics and current situation of architecture enterprises, with application of risk management theory, herein author analyzes potential risks possibly to be faced by architecture enterprises, strives to establish operation system of risk management so as to finally promote architecture enterprise' s capabilities for market competition & replying to risks and speed up standing & stable development of enterprises. With enhancement of risk management and establishment of risk management system, pursue effective approach of replying to risks for Chinese architecture enterprises, drive good application of risk management theory to architecture enterprises and strengthen their capabilities to evade risks.
