| In recent years, the National Social Security Fund (NSSF) management of our country has made very great progress, but meanwhile, it's operation faces very great pressure. The National Social Security Fund is a foundation of one country's social insurance system. In order to guarantee the normal running of the system of social insurance, the National Social Security Fund should not only preserve value, but also increase in value. So, National Social Security Fund investment must widen the investment channel , set up effective investment combination, and increase the investment return . However, a fact that can't be avoided is: The increase of the investment tool means the increase of the risk. Then, what kind of risk will the National Social Security Fund of our country face in the course of investment ?how to measure these risks?and how to control and take precautions against these risks? I launch discussing on these questions.This text analyse of the current situation that the investment of our country's Social Insured Fund at firstly, including investment tools , principle of investment, the financial environment and situation of the investment income in recent years. Second part of article make an in-depth analysis to the risks that our country's National Social Security Fund face in the course of investment and measurement of risk.On the basis of analysing the current situation of the National Social Security Fund investment and risks, I have put forward the countermeasure of controlling and taking precautions against the investment risk of the National Social Security Fund : First , adopt and invest diversified ways , choose the proper investment tools andconfirm the proportion that every investment tools' proportion in investment combination; Second , strengthen the supervision of National Social Security Fund investment, set up and perfect the supervisory system of National Social Security Fund investment as soon as possible. |
