Hybrid-integrated Optical Accelerometer belongs to mixed type Michelson interferometer waveguide sensor with a frequency bandwidth, small distortion, high sensitivity, free from electromagnetic interference, no sparks, flammable and temperature in the larger environment. It is widely used in missile guidance, aircraft navigation, satellite attitude control, brake control systems, the vibration of large-scale electrical equipment telemetry, as well as seismic exploration of oil and other fields.In the Hybrid-integrated Optical Accelerometer ,signal processing circuit is a very important part and its performance level also determines the level of sensor performance. The traditional approach is to use analog signal processing circuit for hybrid integrated optical acceleration sensor output signal filtering, demodulation, compensation handling. But the high-speed digital signal processing chips have maked the digital sensor signal processing in Possibility.The article first analysis the theory of the integrated optical acceleration sensor system, discusses the principles of Michelson interference and modulation. And then its signal processing system has been analyzed and calculated, and filter design method has been presented. At the end,as the core of the TI's DSP digital signal processing chip TMS320VC5410 , the design of signal processing system hardware circuit and a software design method have been identificated.In the test of the signal processing system,we find that , input signal and output signal can be good fited,in line with the integrated optical acceleration sensor technical requirements.
