During flight-control testing, the executive procedure is needed to renew according to the test requirements and test status of the flight-control computer, while various parameters tested are needed to be recorded. This design is based on the technology needs of some particular flight-control computer. It has three main purposes. First, the system loads the executive program during the initialization of the flight-control computer. Secondly, it tests and records various parameters during the flying. At last, it carries out the post-flight analysis.The data processing system consists of two parts: the flight data processor and the ground test platform. The data processor is used to store data and load program. The ground test platform is used to offer the signal source and simulate a variety of working conditions of the flight control computer.This paper introduces the design of the flight-control data processing system. The system belongs to the storage test area and the research areas of high-speed, high-capacity solid-state recorders. First, the overall system solution is analyzed. Then the blue print is refined based on the design principles and technical requirements of storage test system. Later the system composition and the work flow are described. The system consists mainly of a series of function modules,such as CPLD central logic control module, FLASH collecting memory module, USB data transfer module, test platform AVR control modules,and so on. Their hardware design and internal logic design are expatiated in this paper. And concrete solutions are put forward for some key issues.Engineering tests prove that the flight-control data processing system researched in this paper can carry out real-time storage data. And data can be recycled for subsequent replay and analysis. The system has lots of characteristics, such as high speed data transmission, storage capacity, micro-size, micro-power consumption, and so on. It is stable and has reliable performance.
