With the development of computer technology, many CAD softwares are applied widely. At present, most systems of mechanical design and others are accomplished by computer aided design. However, obtained images information is raster information whose data are large because it is need to conserve the data of every pixel. In order to cut down image information, it is necessary to convert raster to vector.This article in studies at present to have the representative scanning blueprint recognition input system and in the arrow quantification algorithm foundation, has initially completed an arrow quantification software using Borland c++builder, it including functions and so on image pretreatment, automatic arrow quantification.Image pretreatment including image denoising, binaryzation and refinement. This article uses the value filtering realization image denoising. The binaryzation important step is Que Zhi the selection, in error value selection very many methods, some algorithms is simple, but is sensitive to the noise, even has introduced the new noise, some algorithm computational method complex, the computation load is big, does not suit the computer automatic realization, through to each method comparison, this system uses the overall situation error value algorithm to realize the scanning image binaryzation. In project scanning pattern recognition, in order to can the fast accurate extraction line information, carry on the data compression and the arrow quantification track, the structure one kind of fast effective refinement algorithm is extremely important. This system uses is based on the arrow quantification refinement algorithm, through the inspection in the image picture element 8-domain 256 kind of situations, comes the table look-up according to its domain picture element index value, judges it is may delete or cannot delete.
