With the development of technology, the data acquisition technology has been widely used in the manufacture and scientific research. Technique of Measurement and Test is key method in information field. The development of the processing of figure signal has been boost by a long way by the double quick evolution and broad application of computer and ceaselessly studying mathematical method in depth. So there is more advantage in aspects of precision and efficiency by way of that the compute is substituted for man to analyze and process figure signal. With the help of technology of data acquisition and signal processing, the system is made of RBH USB8301 board and VNA-8 amplifiers. The system is opened out by Visual C++ 6.0 which is based on windows OS. Besides, the form of the system is succinct and manipulation is simple and convenient. It can be connect any kind of sensors to acquire data. The system has eight channels. The user can use only one channel and use several channels at the same time so that it can show the wave of the signals which are acquired by each channel in time domain. After data acquiring, it can redraw the wave shape and it also can get the DFT and power spectrum. All the results of analysis can be transfer into wave chart and are showed in the screen, which is convenient to observe or analyze in any scale. By the way, this system can also save the data acquired into the computer and transformed into data in the form of voltage, in order to de as date of experimentation. All the equipment is so portable that it can industrial manufactory and is useful.
