In resent years, as the requirement of scientific knowledge popularization and high technology exhibition is increasing, building Science and Technology Museum has become a trend in China. On the base of high technology, designing and developing scientific exhibitions in new forms has caught great attention in scientific research and implement. These exhibitions not only enrich people's life, but also extend the spreading way of science. As the Internet is developing quickly, the remote real time transmission is under great attention. To meet the exhibition requirement of Internet technology in China Science and Technology Museum, network technology is used to the human's popular game. It is a challenge to design such a popular science exhibits to be participant, competitive and knowledgeable. On the viewpoint of the whole exhibition system, feasible solution is designed in the thesis. In order to implement the system, the related technologies are studied. Firstly, from the perspective of data real time transmission of network control system, network time-delay which is the crucial issue of system is studied. On the foundation of analyzing and choosing the data transmission protocol, corresponding test way is carried out to obtain the actual network time-delay data. Then, the network delay data is used in the analysis and simulation of the time delay prediction algorithm. The compensation controller of time-delay system is designed using the Smith estimate compensation principle. Secondly, with the use of servo motor, servo control system is analysised, and the way of parameter settings is given in the paper. Thirdly, force interactive is one of the most important interactive forms, force feedback technology is brought forward in the paper, and a new control strategy is completed. Finally, the remote tension interactive system is implemented. The detailed solution of remote tug-of-war system is provided in system structure, equipment choosing and software/hardware designing. This preliminary technical preparation provides the reference for system's implementation.
