With the development of Internet technology, the instant messaging, as a new method of communication, has a wide range of businesses. The instant messaging is a data communication media, bringing users lots of innovative communication experience, data media business has a significant demand. Message Session Relay Protocol is a data media communication transfer protocol proposed by IETF Working Group, used to compensate for the deficiencies of the SIP protocol extension method, SIP MESSAGE.This article refers to the popular communication framework of UC and data conference, aims to the data media related business, presents a media server implementation framework based on Message Session Relay Protocol. This implementation framework supports several data media businesses in SIP system, including offline messages, group messaging, chat robot, and also some data conference business, like chat room, electronic whiteboard, data collaboration. It implements MSRP media processing integration of UC and data conference. Considering the load of the system, this paper presents a cluster mode server framework to smooth the load when a large number UAs communicating to the server.Firstly, the article makes a study on the MSRP protocol and SIP protocol. Then, considering MSRP's working under session mode, it presents a overall design method, and researches and analyses the signaling process of offline message's storage and transmission, group message's initiation and switch. Then, it presents the server cluster implementation schedule and the communication framework inside cluster. It gives the implentation schedule of the MSRP media server and each module. For the fairness between users, the paper adds a thread pool to the media server.
