| Under the background of supply chain resources integration and the rapid development of information technology, great change have taken place on the enterprise itself, enterprises and enterprises management, marketing concepts, organizational structure, thereby lead to the rapid development of ERP (Enterprise Resources planning), CRM (Customer Relationship Management) and SCM (Supply Chain Management). With the expand of information systems contents, some problems emerge such as function overlap, technology incompatible, information isolated island and so on. Now days domestic integration of ERP and CRM research focus on Management Idea, model design and so on, however, there are few studies on the core functionality of ERP and CRM Integration.To address these problems, the integration research about ERP and CRM is important significance. I found that along with the enterprise information system's expansion the problem such as function overlaps and not sharing of information raised in a study of ERP and the CRM system function trend of development. The above question has caused ERP and CRM integration. At present, domestic the integration research about ERP and CRM mainly concentrate on management thought, model design, and key technologies research and so on. But there are few introduction and research about ERP and the CRM core function integration. This article analyzes the problems of research about ERP and CRM integration, and conduct intensive research.In this article, mainly through the CRM system collect customer data, establishing a set of 3 level 17 indicators the customer value evaluation system, the expert evaluate the customer value, fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is used to make a comprehensive evaluation to extract the customer value weight, according to the customer value weight provides differently productivity disposition in the ERP system, for the enterprise implementation of deep integration ERP and CRM provide theoretical basis. This article proposed through researching CRM core function customer value classification and ERP core function productivity dynamic allocation to achieve systems integration, finally at last this article some problems need to be further researched to carry on the expectation. |
