Large industrial boilers in the industrial application of the production process are very extensive, in order to ensure the safety of boilers in the operation of industrial production, real-time flame of the boiler precise control is necessary. In industrial processes, using more light the flame detector is the radiation, but common problem is the "peap", meaning that the flame detector background by other flame or fire disturbance, easy state of the flame to make wrong judgments, so that the whole flame detection system be affected, not the normal output signal, and processes for the following services, and in severe accidents caused a major explosion. Causing serious economic losses and endanger their personal safety.The paper analysis the respective advantages and disadvantages of every radiation-light flame detector, in allusion to the actual industrial needs, and analysis the characteristic data of the flame-radiation signals extracted from the infrared and visible light sensors. It judges the flame state in the use of information-fusion technology as the basis for the four variables including the infrared radiation, the radiation changes in the average frequency of infrared radiation, the visible light radiation and radiation changes in the average frequency of the visible light. It judges the flame state using intelligent control algorithm of fuzzy-fusion, and makes corresponding feedback. It makes a black box experiment to simulate the actual burning state of the flame to improve the accuracy and safety of boiler operation. It builds a distributed flame detection system by combining IPC as the host to the microcontroller as a lower machine. The lower machine is in charge of collecting and transmitting data, and the IPC is mainly responsible for data processing, flame state judging and displaying the monitor screen, and so on. The host and the lower machine can communicate freely, complete the work of data transmission and parameter settings. In order to facilitate remote monitoring, the upper monitor screen and related procedures are programmed, to achieve the remote control of the flame detecting.
