| In recent years, with the rapid development of electronic information technology, China's Hospital Information System (HIS) has been developed, hospital information systems and digital medical equipment were widely used, resulting ever expanding database of information capacity in the hospital. However, when faced with more and more rapid expansion of super database, there was "data rich, knowledge poor" phenomenon. If people are not in-depth understanding of the data that stored in the database may be waste the valuable information resources. How to make use of these valuable information resources to provide scientific guidance for clinical research, disease diagnosis and treatment, or to provide the scientific basis for decision-making of the hospitals leadership, has become the current hospital information construction problems to be solved.In view of this situation, the subject analyzed deficiencies of the existing hospital information system, proposed set up the data warehouse based on hospital information system, on this basis, study Data Mining and its application based on Hospital Information System. The main topics were the following studies:1. Study and research the theory of data mining, SQL Server 2008 in the data warehouse and data mining application, combined with the status of hospital information system and medical characteristics,investigate the data mining technology in the hospital information system.2. Use HIS historical data as a data source, set up SQL Server data warehouse, as a follow-up data base.3. Use integrated SQL Server 2008 Business Intelligence Development Studio environment to create and use data mining based on data warehouse model.4. Study and research the association rules algorithm, improved Apriori algorithm and application to the Mining Association Rules between diabetes and its complications, and breast cancer recurrence in the study.Practice has proved that data mining in hospital information system has broad development prospect. |
