Study And Application Of KDD In Hospital Information System

Combining with the using of CRDS2 Hospital Information System,which developed by FuZhou HongyangSoft Co.Ltd, this paper studies the process of discovering the hidden and unknown informations by the advanced technology of KDD.This paper contains seven parts.The first part introduces the problem's origin, status que of inside and outside.The second part provides a brief introduction of the Hospital Information System,mainly describes the function and frame of Out-patient department of Hospital Sub-system.The third part introduces and anatomies the KDD ,and brings forward the methodology of KDD.The forth part introduces association rules in data mining in detail, mainly introduces the Apriori algorithm and an improved Apriori algorithm. The fifth part shows the application of KDD to check out the complications in the out-patient department of Hospital in instance. It presents the data preparation—>data mining—>model building—>interpretation and evaluation process of KDD in detail. The sixth part introduces other application researches of KDD in hospital. The seventh part summarizes the paper's work, and predicts the application of KDD in hospital.The practice of mining complications in the out-patient department of Hospital presents that the research is useful and efficient. It also shows that KDD will have an abroad application foreground in hospital.
