With the high development of electronic technology, the modern high-tech battlefield gradually tends to digitalization, network. Command and communication system sharp increase in the amount of information transmission, transfer more and more types of business. In the 21st century digitized battlefield required to achieve seamless communications, high-speed data transfer to complete a comprehensive business and hope there is broadband data transmission equipment that the broadband data the composition of non-tactical radio backbone network, through the Internet protocols for information sharing between the various units. Under the premise of high-performance systems require a high controllability, it is need more humanize than anciently design. To meet this demand, We have adopted a software-defined radio and structure of FPGA+DSP-based hardware platform, use the User-Interface by the basis of combined use of ARM+Windows CE, using high-speed frequency hopping, error correction coding anti-interference measures, designed and implemented an ultra-short wave radio communication systems. As the software radio hardware dependence is very small, with a high degree of openness, with a high degree of open, flexibility and programmability, make the communication system focusing on the development of software research, for this the solution could be a good communication system standards greatly reduce the communication system development time and cost. Through an intuitive and friendly human-computer interface control system make the system more humane in the use of, improvement the interaction between the system and human.The author involved in the application layer of the system design, implementation, test-software design and development and system testing. The design of the application layer uses a lot of relevant theory to ensure the satisfaction of design requirements. In this paper, from software engineering point of view to grasp the project, from requirement analysis, system design, detailed design, system implementation, test software development until the last software testing and system testing according to the order of software engineering are discussed separately. Discusser the application of this system to the custom operation system, driver writing, voice signaling design, software interface design and human-computer interface design. Finally, a large number of test results show that our products meet the design requirements.
