SLA is an agreement signed between the service providers and customers that have the force of law in service quality, priorities and responsibilities. As the primary means of meassuring the quality of business services, SLA is an excellent tool for either service providers or customers, which helps service providers to predict trends, improve customer relations. And customers can compare the SPs using SLA so that they can choose the most suitable business for their needs. Therefore, SLA plays an increasingly important role in the development of the market.And according to the characteristics of IP network service, role of business is divided into user (SC), service provider (SP), content providers (CP) and network provider (NP). However, an entity may have several roles. In other words, SP is the provider relative to the user, but the user relative to CP or NP. So an SLA is needed between the user and SP, and an SLA is also signed between SP and CP (or NP).SLA is currently not yet quantitatively analyzed. In particular, service indicators are difficult for measuring the service. Good or bad service only assessed by the subjective feelings of users. But the user's feelings are not necessarily recognized by SP, which causes some trouble between the user and SP. Similarly, the same problem exists between SP and NP (SP and CP). Therefore, this paper will examine the contents of SLA and a kind of quantitative analysis method of SLA. And DoSSLA (Degree of Satisfaction of SLA) is put forward on the basis of the above method. Then the user can compare different service providers (SP), and SP can also compare different content providers or network providers. In addition, DoSSLA can also be used to measure SLA violation. At first, we computer the ratio between real-time value and the ideal values of DoSSLA. Then determine whether the ratio beyond the scope of alarm or violation. Once a warning prompt happens, SP can adjust the services to reduce SLA violation, so that DoSSLA is increased and relations between SP and user are improved. By the same token, DoSSLA is applicable between SP and CP (SP and NP). In addition, a method for fast positioning SLA violations is introduced. Finally, DoSSLA system based on AHP is implemented.
