The Design And Implementation Of Insurance Agent System Based On Open-Source Framework

With the rapid development of the insurance industry, the insurance agent have to accelerate the pace of building industry information. How to design a set of software in the new period to effectively deal with the insurance agency business is a challenged task. This paper analyzes the existing domestic insurance agent system. And draws on my internship in Ehealth Insurance China involved in the development of the BACK OFFICE SYSTEM (BOS). The system based on the open-source framework is designed for background management of the site: www.ehealthinsurance.com. This paper analyzes and discusses the main technical issues in the system analysis, system design, system development process, Through rational design of system architecture We complete BOS for insurance agents, and to achieve the basic functions of the design requirements can be met. Specifically, the paper's main work is reflected in the following areas:First, this paper analyzes the existing domestic insurance agency system, including the existing insurance agency system design characteristics and inadequacies in the existing structure, etc. Secondly, this paper also analyzes the use of technology in this system includes struts, spring and hibernate. And this paper uses advanced analysis and design methods in system analysis and design in detail includes the system's module division and database design. In addition, the article also design and implement the key modules of BOS, including the Email module which deals with e-mail messages, the Work Queue module which deals with work information, and the Agent Server module which hands agency business.Relying on the insurance agency system, the insurance agency business may provide users with information to confirm orders, order inquiries, EMAIL inquiries, EMAIL recovery, the distribution of tasks and other operations. No only it expands the traditional insurance agency, also advances international insurance agent innovation in the area of e-commerce financial services.
