With the increasing competition in the telecommunications industry, the carriers will work more and more focus on services, is committed to continuously provide customers with high quality and efficient service. But at the same time, they are facing a new problem:customer service operators exactly what sense? Customer service operators and improve the efforts made not have a personal experience? This return visit to the work of customer service into the daily work areas, a test operator services, customer perception of an important source of information.Return visit to the past work, not the introduction of computer systems management, but the use of small data tables from their own re-entry personnel, to keep some customer feedback, which to a large extent, affected the return visit of the function, not real-time accurate reflect the types of customers perception, also easily lead to data loss and other devastating consequences.Telecom customers return visit system is based mainly on 97 and use the SQL language, development and design of a system for returning officers. This system was realized:the system registry, customers (including fixed telephone service, ADSL) return visit, query statistics, the second return visit, the data submitted to other functions, to meet the returning officer's daily work needs to be a direct effect on the service's evaluation as the basis for further work to provide a platform for good service.Telecom customers returning the system in the actual process of applying, tested and optimized, has been able to meet the needs of returning staff to work as an integral part of the return visit.
