Energy issue takes a serious threat for human's continuable development. In the process of energy using, 80% of them is wasted into different ways through the pipe, network and exchanger. The thermodynamic state parameters needs to be measured in order to realize advanced energy management and rational allocation of energy, guarantee safe operation of thermal parameters system and reflect energy consumption of users. In the past time, the thermodynamic parameters were obtained manual mode. However, it is nearly impossible to regulate the thermal network, because the thermal parameters which are quite distributed have a reasonless real-time character and accuracy. Recently, the research of thermal measurement system under the environment of network is promoted with the development of information technology. Network connection which is realized by Embedded System is a key technology of thermodynamic parameters measure solution based on Internet. With the help of the internet advantage, the solutions of single-chip network data transmit become one of the most pivotal technologies in the collection process of the thermal parameters. Embedded system which is application-oriented takes computer technology as basis. The configuration of both hardware and software can be increased and deleted. It is important for this system to have general function, high reliability, low cost and energy consumption characters. The key technology of the solution is to achieve single-chip network connection and the data collection project through low-cost, embedded network connection to complete the data processing.The research task relies on Natural Science Foundation of Shandong Province: Research on the key technology of thermal measurement and control based on Internet. The main contents are as follows:1. This article describes the OSI model and TCP / IP network, introduced various protocols used in embedded systems and general situation of Embedded System. After that, this paper tells us kinds of implementation scheme of network parameter detection and future trends of this project.2. A general network detection model is proposed in the paper. In order to satisfy the requirement of thermal measurement system development, the architecture of the system software module which includes acquisition module, embedded system communication module, network security module, and client Human-Computer Interface module, monitoring system database module, equipment management module, local file system management module, data management module and data processing side communications module is designed through model build. The method of call mechanism was researched, after the module connection.3. Using the streamlined TCP / IP protocol stack to achieve a single-chip data acquisition project which can be connected to Internet. There are some functions as follows: This project use the UDP protocol to accomplish network data transmission. After that, the network layer use IP layer sends function to send the data in the data transmission process. Transport layer make use of IP header encapsulation package for UDP packet packed. After fill out the packet format, the transport layer using UDP to send. Data will be converted through the AD channel by the ADC module on the MC9S12NE64, and the data after converted are sent from UDP protocol. Data collection and the process sent to the network are achieved by ADC which integrating in single-chip processor. This project completed the design of HTTP protocol and TCP protocol, and HTTP protocol is used to realize the view of web page. At last, convenient parameter detection methods have been summed up.4. The data processing side completes follow functions: Firstly, the application code written by VB software is used to complete the database function. Secondly, data is displayed in the Web pages after finishing the design of relevant Web pages with HTML, and then carry the browser to realize the function of data receiving and storage.
