The Research And Reality Of Information Resources Integration Based On The Portal Applications

This article describes the Tianjin Entry-Exit Inspection and Quarantine Bureau's (it is called "Tianjin Bureau" for short in the article) application status of informationization, the generation background of portal website item, and the construction principles, design principles, detailed requirements of the project needs analysis. Namely under the limited objective conditions, satisfying the business needs of building the portal Website to achieve one-stop service, unifying users'identity to achieve one-stop login and integrating application system to achieve one-stop office. Highlighted described contents are as follows:First, describes the application of contents collaboration system (TRS WCM) and the setting of website column's adjustment to highlight the information opening catalog, online working Etc. Make the type of interactive exchanging column as the highlight, providing multi-forms and content-rich web-based online services. While improving the users'experience, enhancing usability and ease of use, satisfying the requirements of the continuous development and adjustment of inspection and quarantine business, and achieving business needs of "one-stop services".Second, describes the heterogeneous application system,and designs a unified authentication service UAS (Unified Authentication Service) to achieve business needs of "one-stop login", which can be integrated for all applications needing to be provided a shared authentication service, in the meanwhile, this applications can identify and extract the user's information, achieve lightweight integration of the foundation directory via Web Service, provide an integrated interface for existing systems procedures and offer an integrating standard for the future development program.Third, describes the system integrates heterogeneous applications of Tianjin Bureau's existing J2EE, .NET, Domino, etc, through three approaches: functional integration, data integration and user interface integration, to ultimately achieve business needs of "one-stop office".By far , Tianjin Bureau of portal construction project has been completed and has been on-line founctioning and it has already obstained approval and recognition from leadership at all levels, the business sectors, as well as social public. However, this is only the beginning of creating a transparent-type government, achieving the disclosure of government information, and establishing a service-oriented government. The decisive factor exists in how to provide the businesses, as well as the public with a favorable, effective, and efficient service in the future.
