Therefore, through the development of an effective information management system allows students daily management of standardized, scientific, precise technology, has become the daily management of the students and the whole school management focus.The system uses B / S structure, ASP for the development of language, SQL Server 2000 database to carry out design and development. This paper briefly describes the background and development of system development environment, the system architecture analysis, thus classified into various modules, including the administrator management module, student information management module, awards and grants management module, student loan management module, and so on. Details of the system implementation and function of each module principle concluded the development phase and testing phase of the problems encountered and solutions. Systems focus on the realization of the internal mail system, focusing on the realization of the entire e-mail subsystem to receive the entire process. The difficulty of the development process carried out analysis and research, and through system structure diagram, function block diagram, UML, etc. vividly describe, the realization of the client interface should be friendly and beautiful and easy to use.The System is a user friendly interface, good performance, able to complete the student information management, basic work. However, due to time and the limited capacity of the function of each module is still not perfect enough.
