Embedded System Design For Biochip Electrochemicl Detection

Bio-chip technology is a highly cross-cutting technology which mixes microelectronics, biology, chemistry, physics and computer science all together. It not only provides scientific basis for the testing of many biological components, such as genes, proteins; but also acquires wide range of applications in disease detection, drug screening, environment monitoring and so on. Because of its high sensitivity, wide linear range, rapid analysis, less specimen requirement, low cost, easy miniaturization, portable and many other advantages, Bio-chip Electrochemical Detector receives great attention and has a good industrial foreground.On the basis of comparison and analysis on principle and performance of conventional optical detection methods and new electrochemical detection method, combine with bio-chip technology and microelectronics technology, then proposed a set of practical embedded system solutions for bio-chip electrochemical detector. This paper focuses on the hardware architecture and software implementation.Chapter 1 provides an overview of development, research classification and preparation technology of the biochip and provides the research background and research content of the project.Chapter 2 gives a detailed introduction on the principle and performance advantages which is needed in my embedded system. Chapter 3 presents the overall structure of embedded system, including hardware architecture and software implementation.Chapter 4 gives a detailed discussion of the system's hardware architecture design, including signal processing, data sampling, communication and display modules.Chapter 5 carries out a detailed discussion of the system's software implementation, including MCU hardware drivers and the PC application design.Chapter 6 and 7 give the main result of system test and calibration, also give a good system review.
